The workspace of Ender 5 printer has dimensions of 300 x 220 x 220 mm (in the basic and Pro version). The main design difference here - compared to the Ender 3 models - is the rectangular-shaped frame, so with four supports instead of the classic frame based on two supports. This change makes the Ender 5 printer characterized by a noticeably higher stability and much better elimination of the impact of vibration during operation on the quality of the resulting model. Shock protection is also provided by a double-sided belt, driven by a double Y axis. Creality Ender 5 Pro 3D printer goes a step further - in this case, the user receives a device with an upgraded motherboard v1.15. Implemented in this solution TMC2208 motor drivers provide a much quieter operation, while thermal protections take care of maintaining a stable temperature during the entire printing process.

Creality Ender-5 Pro uses an upgraded motherboard with silentmotor drivers. This makes the printer much quieter during operation while increasing precision and print efficiency. The new component also featuresthermal protectionto prevent uncontrolled temperature increases.

New type of PTFE tubing

The Creality Ender-5 Pro uses a new type ofCapricorn Bowden PTFEtubes to transport thefilament.Their inner diameter is 1.9 mm with a tolerance of ± 0.05 mm. The tight fit allows toreduce vibrationsduring the movement of the filament andprevents the phenomenon of so-called "buckling", which in this case is an undesirable bending of the printing material. This is particularly important when using filaments with increased elasticity.

Metal extruder in Ender 5 Pro

In Creality Ender 5-Pro,the extruder was made entirely of metal. This allowed us to increase the pressure on the filament being pushed through the nozzle, thus improving printing efficiency. The extruder is also equipped with ascrew that adjusts the pressure of its gear, allowing it to better accommodate different types of print material.
