Delivery 

Our delivery service spans across South Africa, utilising the network of The Courier Guy, Courier-IT and DSV. Deliveries are typically fulfilled within 2 – 5 working days, Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays), contingent upon payment and order confirmation. Shipments to outlying areas may experience an additional delay of up to 24 hours, depending on the origin and destination. Certain areas, identified as High Risk, may necessitate special arrangements with our courier partners. Additionally, we provide the convenience of locker delivery services through the DSV Locker Network for small items.

Important Note

Orders paid for via Buy Now Pay Later payment methods may be delayed pending confirmation of approval.  Processing of orders will commence once an order is in invoiced state, implying that all validations and approvals have been completed.  As far as timeous delivery is concerned in line with our 2-5 Working Day SLA, the onus rests on the client to ensure that correct delivery addresses, contact details, building names and telephone numbers are provided.  Successful on-time delivery is dependant on a client being reachable as our couriers have been instructed not to leave consignments with neighbours, security personal, etc.  Delivery will be strictly to the addressee due to the nature of goods shipped and the value thereof.  The security of your order is our utmost priority.  We will only hand over orders to parties other than the client on receipt of written confirmation.

What will Delivery Cost?

Delivery charges are determined by the dimensions and volumetric weight as assessed by our couriers. These fees may vary periodically due to fluctuating fuel costs. The table below provides an estimate of potential delivery charges:

To ensure the prompt and accurate delivery of your purchased products, it is crucial to provide us with the correct delivery address. Once your order is placed, it will be handed over to our courier service, responsible for ensuring the timely arrival of your product. Please be aware that if incorrect details are provided, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or non-receipt of your order.

Typically, orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days from the date of placement. However, factors such as stock availability or vendor fulfilment may extend the shipping duration, with a maximum delivery time of 14 days (Special Order Items). Please note that the price displayed on the website excludes the delivery charge, which will be billed separately to all customers in addition to the item's purchase price.

Delivery charges are indicative and subject to potential increases based on volumetric and distance considerations. For outlying or rural areas, additional surcharges may apply, and customers will be notified of these within 24 hours of placing their order.

Festive Season Deliveries

We endeavour to fulfill all orders in line with our 2-5 Working Day Committment,  however due to public holidays in general and particulalrly in December,  delays may be experienced on certain orders.  

Where delays exist we will be in contact with clients and manage these closely with our courier partners.
